Please note: this is not a free trial; the initial discounted payment is non-refundable.
1.2. Recurring Billing: After the initial discounted period, your subscription will renew automatically at the standard rate based on the plan selected. Available billing cycles include weekly, 4-week, 12-week, and 24-week options. You will be billed in advance at the start of each cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to:

2. VAT Compliance
Subscription prices include applicable VAT based on your country of residence, in accordance with London and UK tax regulations. ZENESIA's service qualifies for favorable VAT treatment due to its focus on digital educational materials.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Introductory Payment: The discounted first payment is non-refundable. It is intended to give users access to the full service at a lower price before their chosen billing cycle begins.
3.2. Premium Subscription:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but your current access will remain valid until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except in the case of billing errors, technical issues, or exceptional circumstances, subject to review by our support team.
